Meet Maggie! TRMC was at risk of losing this highly valued TRMC team member & community volunteer due to the community housing shortage. Maggie has been a full-time Medical Assistant and an essential part of our day-to-day operations. Maggie also coaches girls high school basketball. We are thrilled to welcome her to her long-term housing solution. This is the first unit TMCF has closed on.
The availability of workforce housing impacts our staff retention, morale, and our ability to recruit quality candidates. TRMC has established a Housing Committee in conjunction with TMCF and developed a housing plan that looks to acquire inventory to address our employee housing needs through generous donors and philanthropy.
