Our Level 5 Trauma Center and Primary Clinic play a fundamental role in providing the services Telluride residents need. Similar to other rural healthcare facilities across Colorado, Telluride Regional Medical Center (TMC) has been operating at a loss and requires significant donor support to remain open.
